On 14 May 2010 the LEPL – Tbilisi State University of Economic Relations hosted XIII Academic Summit, where the updated version of draft Recommendations elaborated by the LEPL – National Centre for Educational Accreditation in relation wit the standards of institutional accreditation were discussed. The comments and opinions of the Summit participants will be incorporated in the final version of the paper, which will be approved by order of the Director of the National Center for Educational Accreditation and published on the official webpage of the NCEA. The Recommendations will assist the higher education institutions in the completion of self-evaluation report and questionnaire on the one hand and on the other – the institutional accreditation experts: in making the accreditation visit and preparation of their opinions.
