On 6 May 2010 the LLC - Vocational Training Centre “Spectri” hosted II Professional Summit, where the pressing issues of the reform of the education system were discussed. In particular, the attention was focused on learning outcomes of the cycles of professional education and the development of the single system of professional education. The discussion witnessed the intensive involvement of the representatives of professional training centres and higher education institutions. The discussion revealed the following topical issues: development of professional standards, preconditions for the admission to professional education. These issues require additional analysis and discussion to what end the LEPL – National Centre for Educational Accreditation will hold the next professional summits.
